2010 US Open Cup Second Round: Miami FC wins Floridian battle over Rowdies 2-1 in extra time

Miami FC defeated their in-state rivals FC Tampa Bay Rowdies 2-1 in extra time to advance to the Third Round of the US Open Cup, where they will travel to play the Houston Dynamo of MLS.

Host possibilities for the 2010 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup second round announced

U.S. Soccer has announced the home teams for the second round possible pairings in the 2010 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Results from the first round of play on June 15 will determine the potential matchups and venues for the second round to take place one week later on Tuesday, June 22.
