The Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Round of 16 kicks off tonight with the Portland Timbers hosting MLS opponent the Los Angeles Galaxy at Providence Park.
The Galaxy are back in the Quarterfinals for the second straight year.

Seattle has run its Open Cup winning streak over its archrivals to four straight (3-1-1, 1-0 in PKs), with its only loss coming in 2005.
The Fourth Round of the 2014 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup came to a close on Wednesday and after a rough start for the tournament’s top division, Major League Soccer rebounded on the third and fourth matchdays.
The 2014 edition of the Portland Timbers weren’t bothered at all by the ghosts of Hollywood United (2008) and Cal FC (2012), as the home team cruised to a 3-0 win over Orlando City U23s.
