Three red cards and twelve yellow cards were handed out in Des Moines as Saint Louis FC defeated Des Moines Menace on penalty kicks 3-1 after a 1-1 draw through 120 minutes.

For regular Open Cup participants Des Moines Menace, it was another notch to their belt tonight as they defeated Duluth FC on penalties to advance to the second round after a 1-1 extra time match. Des Moines won the penalty shootout 3-1.

A more complete squad will be ready for Saint Louis FC on next Wednesday, May 20, in St. Louis, Mo.
