2019 US Open Cup Qualifying Round 1: NTX Rayados carry over magic from last year in comeback win

NTX Rayados overcame multiple deficits in extra time and, quite possibly, a wrongly overturned penalty kick during the ensuing penalty shootout to defeat Dallas Elite FC 4-3 on penalties after a 4-4 draw.

2019 US Open Cup qualifying: San Nicolas files protest after loss to Cal FC

After they suffered a 3-1 loss to Cal FC in the tournament’s opening round on Saturday, Sept. 22, San Nicolas FC has filed a protest.

The 2018 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Final is still more than a month away but the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) announced the entries for the qualifying tournament for next year’s tournament.

Bavarian SC qualify for 2019 US Open Cup by winning Amateur Cup title

Bavarians, who previously won the title in 1976, 2001, 2002 and 2003, qualified for the 2019 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup with the victory. It will be the seventh time in the Modern Era (1995-present) that the club has qualified for the Open Cup.

Which PDL teams will qualify for 2019 US Open Cup?

This weekend is the final weekend of the PDL, so teams and fans will not only be scoreboard watching for playoff positioning, but also to try to move up in the overall league standings to improve their chances of qualifying for next year’s US Open Cup.
