2015 US Open Cup Round 3: Richmond Kickers sink Jacksonville Armada, 3-0

Richmond Kickers head coach Leigh Cowlishaw has said the team’s secondary goal in the US Open Cup is to bring an MLS team to Richmond. With the club’s 3-0 Third Round win over the NASL’s Jacksonville Armada FC that goal was achieved.

2015 US Open Cup Round 2: Richmond Kickers win in-state battle, 2-0 over Virginia Beach City

Two second-half goals pushed the Richmond Kickers past Virginia Beach City FC and into the US Open Cup’s Third Round Wednesday night with a 2-0 victory.
