The 2010 USASA Region I Final tournament will be the largest in professional era history. It will feature 16 teams from eight different member associations and the National Premier Soccer League. Eight of these clubs have participated in previous US Open Cup tournaments, with five titles being shared between two of them. The tournament begins with first round action on April 11, and the 2010 US Open Cup participants will be determined by May 23 after the conclusion of the semifinals.
