2015 US Open Cup bracket is set: Round of 16 draw revealed, potential hosts for Semifinals

The path to the 2015 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup championship has been determined as the United States Soccer Federation conducted the draw for the Round of 16 (Fifth Round). For the first time in the tournament’s Modern Era (1995-present), the bracket will be set, meaning that clubs will know who they could play from the Round of 16 all the way to the 102nd edition of the Final.

In addition to the draw, the federation also officially announced what TheCup.us had reported in March, that the USSF will be taking over the organization of the qualifying process for amateur clubs beginning with the 2016 US Open Cup.

The remaining 16 teams (14 from Major League Soccer, one from the North American Soccer League and one from the United Soccer League) were separated into four geographic regions and the draw was conducted and streamed live on YouTube from the Soccer House in Chicago. Here are the results:
