Qualification for the 2010 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup is already in full swing in the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and its member state associations. Below is a list of what has already gone down in the amateur ranks across the country, as well as what is to come.

Phoenix SC wins their first Eastern PA Open Cup title with a 2-1 overtime victory over the United German Hungarians

Second Round: Phoenix SC knocks off their Ukrainian rivals, advance to Eastern PA semis
DC/Virginia – Club Atletico Virginia
Final: Atletico Virginia denies Aegean Hawks a 5th straight DC/VA Open Cup title
Eastern New York – New York Pancyprian Freedoms
Final: Pancyprian Freedoms avenge the Greeks, beat Fenerbahce USA to win Eastern NY
Semifinals Controversy: Fenerbahce USA in Eastern NY Final after Greek American Atlas forfeit
Semifinals: Pancyprian Freedoms reach 5th straight Eastern NY Final
First Round: Pancyprian Freedoms among opening round Eastern NY winners
Massachusetts – Emigrantes Das Ilhas
Final: Emigrantes Das Ilhas to represent Massachusetts in Region I Finals
Semifinals: Emigrantes open Massachusetts tournament with win
Maryland – Weather has seen the beginning of the tournament change twice and now it is set to begin February 28.
